20 Jan ADI HOLDS WEBINAR ON SEXUAL HARASSMENT IN THE WORKPLACE
Annex Digital, Inc. (ADi), through the initiative of its HR department, conducted a one-hour webinar titled, “Huy, Bawal Bastos dito! (What you need to know about the Bawal Bastos Law or the Safe Spaces Act)”.
The webinar was addressed to by ADi’s Corporate Lawyer, Atty. Markova Inciso, who elaborated on what the 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐮𝐛𝐥𝐢𝐜 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐍𝐨. 𝟏𝟏𝟑𝟏𝟑 𝐒𝐚𝐟𝐞 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝟐𝟎𝟏𝟗, previously known as the “Bawal ang Bastos” bill entails.
Ultimately, this event served as a reminder for ADi and ARMSS employees to dutifully comply with the guidelines set by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) as part of ensuring a safe collaborative working environment among all employees.
